I can't believe Christmas has come and gone! The whole time from Thanksgiving through Christmas is just a blur. Trust me, I am not complaining ... the shop took off better than we ever could have hoped for. Days that used to be spent relaxing, watching movies, shopping for presents were spent updating the site, making products, getting orders shipped. Shipping ... uggh ... one of those necessary evils in my opinion. Why does it always seem to take so much time getting things ready to be shipped? And let's not even mention the lines at the Post Office! Thankfully, most of the time we could slip in and just drop off the packages although then you have to get past all the evil looks as you walk past those that have stood in line for the last half hour. I just try to walk fast and not looking anyone in the eye ... it's not my fault I purchased my postage online! I did feel bad though ... sorry ...
Did I mention how grateful we are that the shop is doing well?? Who would have thought that water bottles would be our go-to product? Definitely not I. They really are great though and so pretty! The feedback we've gotten from buyers has been great as well. We even had some requests for "manly" fabric! We do have a couple but need to add more options for the men in our lives. Love ya!
We're still trying to work out a balance around here. We've got the day jobs still, the shop to update, tweets to tweet, Facebook fan page to promote, and blog posts to post ... that's a lot to try and get accomplished and usually something gets dropped. We apologize to our blog who has sat patiently in the corner waiting its turn. We will do our best to give attention to you all on a more consistent basis!
